Several years ago I decided that I was done being overweight and uncomfortable. My weight had been up and down since I was 15. Since I had been unsuccessful in past attempts at maintaining a healthy weight, I had no idea how I was going to lose weight and keep it off. I started looking at what made it hard for me. I kept trying new ideas until I found things that were easy and that gave me the results I was looking for.
Four years ago I began helping others address their struggle with weight in a way that improved their lives and the way they felt about themselves. Over time, the process used to move past people's weight loss obstacles also helped to improve other areas of their lives.
If you want to feel better I can help. We begin with small, practical steps that are easy for you. If your concern is weight, you are not weighed or measured. When we find the right choices that work for you, the weight comes off. Regardless of your personal challenge, being unkind to yourself with deprivation, denial or increasing your stress level, is not a part of this process.
